got home today after a weekend break and weighed myself. looked at it and thought oh, ok.. wait.... that’s..... WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
yesterday was a family meal and i got completely wasted. i didn’t eat too much but i drank too many vodka’s and coke. i haven’t had anything but water in so long. jeez!!!! 1 stone lost in... 20 days?!? this is crazy!!!
i mean, over the weekend i thought to myself... i look a little skinnier in my thighs and i’ve always hated my thighs! i noticed the small pouch that showed when i look down under my chin is gone too! if i lose another stone i can’t help but think it’ll help my confidence so much

binge eating disorder: you haven't eaten in a while, have you? go to the kitchen and I'll solve it for you.

This is a very useful guide to look at! Especially to you people out there prone to wasting food (..guilty…)
Ana Tips and Tricks: 1-20
1) Keep a thinspiration book. Print pictures of skinny models, tips, quotes, and workouts and glue them in. Look through it whenever you want to binge.
2) Keep a stack of magazines weighing the same amount you want to lose. When you lose weight, remove some magazines from the stack. It will be thinspirational to see the pile slowly start to get smaller. Use fashion magazines so they can also inspire you as you lose weight.
3) Eat on a blue or black plate. Dark colors usually make you feel fuller, faster. Better yet, eat on small and dark plates.
4) When you want to eat something you shouldn’t, make a list of all the reasons you shouldn’t, and read it at least 20 times.
5) When you get a craving, count to 100 really slowly, and it may pass. Doctors say that counting changes the mind’s direction in thought.
6) If you live by yourself, put up motivational pictures or numbers on the unsafe foods. Stick your goal weight on the wall or on your favorite jar of peanut butter.
7) Get a three ring binder and make a section for each part of your body that you want to change. Put in exercises for that specific body part.
8) Pick one food for the day, and cut it into four sections. Eat one for breakfast, one for lunch, one for dinner, and one as a snack.
9) Take a picture of yourself wearing nothing but your underwear. When you want to binge, look at it and see all the fat that you need to get rid of. Carry it in your wallet or on your phone whenever you go somewhere with food.
10) If you live by yourself and are prone to binges, buy only the food you need for the day. That way, if you eat it, there isn’t any more.
11) Eat with your non-dominant hand.
12) Wear a rubber band around your wrist and snap it when you want to eat. You’ll train yourself not to think about eating.
13) Do cleanses to clean out your body.
14) Clean something gross like the bathroom or a litter box when you want to eat.
15) Wear tight jeans so you remember how much weight you have to lose. Always keep a pair that is too small.
16) Pour tons of something gross on your food, like salt or pepper, so you can’t eat it.
17) If you get really bad headaches it could possibly be from dehydration. Drink lots of water. You can also take multivitamins and sports drinks.
18) Eat in front of the mirror.
19) Drink herbal tea. It has no calories. If you don’t like it unsweetened, buy stevia. It’s like sugar but has no calories.
20) When you get the urge to eat, chew sugar free gum. Make sure you keep track of how many you have, because gum has calories.
