I think I can see a difference but honestly, maybe it’s the change of clothes... although I’d have never fit into this UK size 8 dress when I was 149. @_@

I haven’t lost anything in a while and have been maintaining between 122-125lbs for the christmas period. Planning on getting back to action after the holidays.

I know the picture on the right is gross and I wouldn’t have gone out like that (I’d have covered up) but I wanted something I could look back on and see improvement. I still feel like I’ve got a long way to go. Sigh.

I think I've finally broken my weight loss plateau. It's ridiculous how long it's lasted- about 4 months? But I've been exercising pretty hardcore this week (at least an hour on the elliptical at a high speed every night or doing some type of class) and so I think it's breaking through. I'm also eating less which does have a lot to do with it.
