So I was catching rabbits in vinesweeper to get my hunter away from level 1 (they give 30 exp per) and all of a sudden shuffle throws on The White Rabbit by Jefferson Airplane. I hope I don't tumble down some hole...

Finished it in a whiffy this time. Nice thing about starting over is you can do all the quests again, but they don't take an eternity to complete. Thank god for lodestones!

Well the solution is simple no? Just swap to a male character. As a boy, I did the same but from male to female, much more fun looking at my character now. Don’t let em tell you what gender to be, that’s totally sexist right

did you even read the post all the way through. no. i’m not just gonna swap to a male character. to fix shit that occurs because society sees female bodies as objects. i chose a female character because i want a female character

i don’t mind sexy outfits for females, i just wish that wasn’t the ONLY choice when dressing my character.

Ok if you don’t want a male character, you could always send a well thought-out polite letter to Jagex about how you’d rather not see this trend happening in Runescape. I’d rather not make a post on the forums, as it would drown in seconds in the giant immature swamp the RSOF tends to be. It won’t do much, no, but hey, you’re part of a gigantic social network site so maybe you can even get a petition going on the rs tag (hell, I’m just spraying constructive ideas)

Very understandable to post a rant post on tumblr about situations like these, but really, I’d watch out with those, because most of them just spawn an endless discussion or fight that gets both sides (yourself included) angry and frustrated. And I have actually never ever ever seen a discussion that got anywhere near a consensus or a solution when anyone wasn’t keeping their head cool.

So conclusion: 

If you really wanna make a difference, and you root for your cause, then  focus your roaring (rightful!) anger on something constructive like sending a letter to Jagex.
