#i took a music appreciation class my first semester of college #it was online so the prof posted ‘lecture notes’ (i use that term loosely)#and we were supposed to look over them before exams #that was genuinely the only content in that class other than our useless textbook that i didn’t buy #and the exams had SO MANY MISTAKES #like answers that were marked as correct when they were very obviously not #this made me lose points #which is bad #because the exams were the only grades in the course #i tried emailing him MULTIPLE TIMES and not ONCE did he respond #i couldn’t even go to his office bc he worked at a different campus #I’m convinced he just forgot he was teaching this course 50% of the time #i left a course evaluation obviously #but for some reason the class had two….#apparently the course had TWO PROFESSORS. and i just NEVER HEARD ABT THE OTHER ONE #i have no clue what the second one was doing considering the material was all written in the other guy’s notes app #i cannot stress enough that this other guy was not involved at all #idk what was happening there #possibly the funniest part tho #i made a friend last semester in my o chem class and i was telling her abt it all #and she realized we were in the SAME CLASS #we were losing it over this guy’s teaching methods #i felt such solidarity #but yeah it was pretty wild. i haven’t had a college class since then that’s been as bad as music app #rambles
