Happy Friday everyone!!

I had a busy but super fun week. I finally did the protein extraction I’ve been putting off for what feels like forever, and while it was unbelievably exhausting I’m glad I got it out of the way. I also carried on with my cell culture optimisation, prepared a presentation I have to give next week, and managed to get through a bunch of reading and stats lectures.

I also spent a lot of time with friends, which was very overdue and lovely! Went to see a live performance of sea shanties and to an all you can eat cheese night. It’s been hard for me to find a balance between my studies and the rest of my life, but I think I’m slowly figuring it out. This weekend I’m going to the zoo! So hopefully I’ll have some cool pics to show you guys next week.

I hope everyone rests well this weekend. Remember to do something fun for yourself!

finished my quantum hw and working on observational astronomy hw now. technically the beach picture is from labor day weekend but the colors match so well with my planner :)

Back at it after a long break during which I still did work. I am now onto chapter 5 which is about halfway done. The summer has been spent working on my PhD which is due in 305 days. I have been trying to keep everything cute and aesthetic to motivate myself and it has mostly worked.

Warm cup of tea for comfort. Tani study for company.
