don’t know what took me so long to understand this but i’m starting to realize that nothing really matters and that you can do whatever you want. like you can shift wherever you want, however you choose. if you don’t wanna use methods, you don’t have to. they were only ever there to help you if needed. all that matters is who you choose to be. it never had to be that difficult.

How to shift (extremely simplified)

Get into a comfortable position,laying down,standing,sitting,drowning…etc

Think; where do you wanna go? Do you wanna Shift to fight w the avengers? Sure, just have a set destination or not, It dosen’t matter.

Immerse yourself with the version of you that’s in that Reality. Visualize,affirm,count,do nothing …its up to you, just make sure you know you‘ll end up in your dr (because you intended to)

Shift. That’s it. Don’t wait for your Surroundings to change, the “grand” momen, the climax or whatever
