I have a possibly silly question. Is stating your wishes on this blog against Neopets' rules?

Stating your birthday wishes is not against the rules as even on neopets.com there are official places you may place nc wishlists and similar things. Giving people presents on their birthday is a common tradition, and neopets celebrates it by giving a special theme that day as well as having several items for birthday presents. Those items, like the happy birthday card, would not exist if gifting such things were against the rules.
