In the outskirts of civilizations and military bases loves the NFAIOP. They are seen as an exclusive and hidden group among not only the middle classes but the elites as well. Far remove from the traditional scientific government lapdog, they search for so-called "anomalies" among the coats of the Western deserts. Whenever a request is asked by them, they always request one of two things. Equipment and resources, or soldiers. Able-bodied soldiers. Soldiers who cannot speak what they saw. Fellow troops would talk about how fellow comrades, once talkative, always come back changed. Either daydreaming for long periods of time, being unresponsive or, for rare occasions, being totally mute. Doctors find no change in their cybernetics and when asked the eggheads always give a riddle as a response.
