I'm so annoyed bruh 🫩 (vent below cut)

Okay so earlier today one of my friends (V) told me that someone I used to be friends with and used to be in a few servers and a lot of people were close with him (L) is a really shitty person

And after a bit V decided to make an announcement in the big server and told everything about L

And because a lot of people were close with L and/or have trauma with sexual stuff (L basically was js really gross about minors while being nearly 20), a lot of people were upset

And because I was the one that brought up L in the first place, I felt 1) like it was my fault so many people were upset and 2) like it was my responsibility to comfort people

So

I've spent the afternoon comforting people I don't know and a few friends

I've had flashbacks like 4 times today about unrelated shit

And I always read my close friends' vents because they matter to me and then I try to comfort them, but I'm so drained and triggered today I need to not read any more vents

But I don't have the guts to tell people I care about that I can't even read their vents or try to comfort them

I'm really tired

I feel like I'm messing everything up. I accidentally tagged a ping twice, I can't comfort anyone I love properly, I asked someone if I could vent while they were upset, I'm leaving everyone but my boyfriend on read because I just don't have the energy, I can't do anything right and I'm scared everyone is pissed at me
