“How are you people so addicted to these devices? I’ve really never been too fond of them.”
“then why are you using it?”
( . nursejones )
“always.”
“well, let’s get rid of these assholes.”
( . nursejones )
“i know exactly what you mean.”
“kinda sucks, but we’ll deal.”

*· ☆,.- “Seriously?!? I mean, what is even going on here?!?! AND HOW CAN YOU STAY SO CALM?!?”
“who knows? but i’m calm because this shit happens constantly. i’m used to it.”
“i swear to god, this is not even surprising to me anymore.”
Charlie as Poison Ivy
( . throneless-crowley )
She was annoying, he could already tell. And she had the look of a Winchester ally all over her. It was like a signature scent that clung to all of their friends–eau de martyr–and it made identifying them that much easier. “Picking out a vacation home. Hell gets so touchy this time of year, no one can agree what temperature they want to keep it at. Half the souls want more hellfire, and half of them expect us to throw in a little rain to mix things up. And then there’s the souls from New Jersey….” He sighed lightly. “I suppose you’re here running errands for The Wonder Twins, then?”
the redhead rolled her eyes in annoyance at the others snark. she’d heard about crowley’s attitude, but she’d never had the… pleasure of meeting him in person. “cute. i’m not running errands for anyone. i’m trapped here like the rest of you.”
( . dont-objectify-me )
“If you don’t need my help, I don’t see why you’re here.” His eyes lifted, finally looking at her and he wished they hadn’t. He should have kept looking down at his half eaten burger and just let her talk until she left, but he simply had to look up because, god, he missed her. Charlie was the closest thing he had to a sister and, while he hated how much he had hurt her- hated that he and Sam had gotten her killed, he loved her. “You have nothing to fix, Kiddo. You’re not the one out here ruining lives- losing lives.” Dean hesitated for a moment before dropping his eyes again, “So if you’re not in trouble then just get out of here. Before I’m the reason you are.”
“because… i want to apologize. i shouldn’t have said any of the stuff i did, but i didn’t have a choice.” she met his eyes after a second and shook her head. “no, no i do have something to fix. i have a lot to fix actually.” charlie pushed her hair out of her face, solely for something to do with her hands as she spoke. “you’ve never ruined my life, dean. i made my own choices, and that’s the only thing that got me in trouble. i didn’t want to say any of that stuff, because none of it’s true, i got this freaky text, whoever it was knew about all the shit my dark side did. they were gonna go to the cops unless i told you and sam that i didn’t want you around. i’m so sorry.”
throneless-crowley:
“Well well well, this certainly is a mess you all have gotten yourselves into. And all because of the Winchester boys. Tell me, was it worth it?”
“why are you here, crowley?”
( . cecilyren )
Cecily pondered the idea for a moment, taking a few steps forward and looking the girl over. “I don’t know,” she let out, going on to purse her lips. “Hunters aren’t really my type–unless you include the part where I’m draining their body of blood–then I guess they are, but…” she shrugged. “Like I said, I don’t know.”
charlie eyed the other girl as she moved, before shrugging. “hey, i get it. most of us are ‘shoot first, ask questions later’. i’d be freaked too. but unless you try to kill me, i’m not gonna do anything.”
( . disinterestedwinchester )
“oh, he definitely was one,” she paused, “okay maybe i was being a little harsh but still. i can’t be held responsible for what i may or may not have said when i was hungry. thank you, i appreciate that support. yes, let’s.” laurel grinned over to the redhead, the smirk and the pretty laugh not lost on her. “so are good with ‘my queen’ or is there somethin’ else you usually go by? i’m laurel.”
“oh, i’m not denying that. i’m just saying calling him one might not have been the best way to get what you want. but i can’t judge, me hungry is a complete bitch. not a problem, gotta help people when you can, right?” charlie laughed again, walking towards the diner. “charlie bradbury, but i will accept queen. pleasure, laurel.”
( . dont-objectify-me )
Dean hadn’t noticed when Charlie walked into the diner- did he ever notice anything while he was mid-bite? But if he had, you could guarantee that he would’ve got up and left. He didn’t know why Charlie had said what she said, but all he knew was that it was perfectly justified. They had ruined her whole life, hell, they had ended her life. For so long he had blamed Sam for her death, for bringing her back into the fold, but she had died trying to save him. Her death had been on him, so it was completely reasonable that she would want him out of her life now so that she could avoid round two. Whether she meant the words or not, they were true. Dean didn’t even look at her as she sat down across from him, but he did stop eating- just holding his burger there in front of his face. “You in trouble?”
seeing him refuse to even look at her was actually worse than him avoiding her. at least then she could pretend he just hadn’t seen her. she couldn’t get away with that anymore, but she had to explain to him. even if he couldn’t forgive her, and she wouldn’t blame him if he couldn’t, he had to know the truth. he deserved that much after all he’d done for her. “no, i’m not in any trouble, i’m just a really, really shitty person and i want to try and fix it.” the redhead replied quietly. she debated on whether she should spill it all out now or wait to let him speak again for a moment before deciding to keep quiet. she wouldn’t force him to listen to her if he didn’t want to.
( . cecilyren )
“Hm, well last time I checked, I don’t sparkle–well, a part from my eyes–god, that was corny,” she scoffed at herself, before putting on a grin. “But… yes, that’s my creative way of telling you what I am. But to be candid with you, I could show you better than tell you, about other things that I have in mind.”
“hey, i can’t judge you on being corny. i do it way too often to go at anyone else.” charlie couldn’t help but tease a bit as she laughed. “okay, cool. well, if you’re so eager to show, go right ahead.”
( . cecilyren )
Pursing her lips, she nodded. “Alright, alright. That’s a pretty good law to go by,” she commented, crossing her arms as she thought of something to say. When she did, a smirk went over her lips, amused with herself. “Ever seen twilight?”
“i like to think so.” charlie raised an eyebrow in amusement. “please tell me that’s a creative way of telling me you’re a vampire and not you telling me you sparkle. because vampire i can do. sparkly might be a deal breaker.”
charlie walked into the diner she’d been basically living off of since she’d returned, and was shocked to see dean sitting there. she stood in the doorway for a moment, debating whether or not she should approach him. she’d hurt him so much, and she knew it, and while sam had forgiven her... dean had been harder to convince, and she’d said a lot worse to him. as a result, the older man had been avoiding her, and every time she tried to talk to him, he walked away. but now he was sitting right there... she had to at least try. the redhead slid into the seat across from him, just as she’d done when she’d first come back. “can we talk? please?”

“how did you end up here then, charlie?”
“died and then got dropped here alive and well, you know, the usual.”
( . mcrywinchestrr )
“sort of new. i’ve been to sioux falls a lot over the years, but newly trapped, yes. i’m mary.”
“mary? pleasure to meet you, i’m charlie.”
