Part 1???

The premise for this idea is that Simon ends up in Grace's biodome, but specifically as the mutated tree (because magic) and he needs to consume human blood in order to transform back into a human. Cue the associated angst of needing human blood for survival.

Also the whole "when the last son of Eden joins the grove"

Congrats Simon you are now become the last tree of Eden, but this time you're not trapped in a blood ocean. yaysies

I might actually write a fic surrounding this - or continue drawing the comic, I'm not quite sure yet. But this seemed like a fun premise to play with.

God I LOVE calling shit. I said this out of my ass earlier because I remembered in the theater that some of the blood growths on the inside of the submersible looked weirdly like skulls. Low and behold, here comes our lord and savior Deadlymelodic.
