Normally people talk about what they lost when they've been in the gym. Let me tell you about what I gained... Endurance, strength, energy, new friends and a new found respect for women who have their health as a priority. I did 2 solid months straight @topflightfitness402 and lost 3 1/2 inches off my waist.
