Baby’s First OTP Feels: a Tale of Regret

Ahahah oh man an amazing thing that actually happened???  NO Baby girl you are too young for this life and pain.

Her mom thinks it’s hilarious and gave me permission to make a comic out of it? It’s awesome that she has all the Disney movies at her house, and they didn’t know about Miyazaki before! Now they do and watch it with her! I let her watch Totoro weeks after that! She got really into it too!

24 September 2019: 6 days to residency!

Packing my books to move to my new apartment, and realizing how much I have on my “to-read” list. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Last year was more like a race, and the last vacation was my only time to vent and catch up on doing nothing basically.. 😝 I finished 3 books, which I really enjoyed.

Currently reading: do no harm by Henry marsh. Still in the beginning, but it’s actually amazing. I think it will be a good introduction to the residency atmosphere.

My latest artwork-ish; celebrating the end of summer and my last summer vacation ever before starting residency.

I am very excited to start this new chapter of my life; new city, new hospital, new people. Yet, the excitement is mixed with anxiety. I am not a keen artist, I draw one painting a year. But I always find myself back to Watercolor whenever I am starting a new episode of my life. It tend to clear my head, shift my focus to something exterior, and make you enjoy your results quickly (1-2 hours for a painting).
