Lateralus Kitty (Alex Grey + Tool)

“I embrace my desire to swing on the spiral of our divinity and still be a human.” —Tool; Lateralus (2001) This is my reworking of Alex Grey’s beautiful album art for Tool’s Lateralus. When artists of that scale collaborate, it’s hard to elevate the results. Instead I sought only to transmute their vision to three dimensions as a tribute.
