Today was a weird, heartbreaking, yet lovely day. Being queer in this world is hard and terrifying and yet, even in the midst of all this tragedy we manage to keep our light.

there was a shooting at a gay club in my town last night. I’m heartbroken and angry and scared. People were killed just for existing in a space that is meant to be safe.

We have come so far and yet. And yet shit like this still happens.
