for the longest time, it feels like i have been trying to make sense of life but now i see there is no sense to be made, only life to be lived. there is no set purpose to fulfill, there are no checklists to complete, just an ephemeral moment to breathe, to love, to be kind, to feel. life is in all the simple, little things that we so often overlook. uncomplicate your heart. be here, be present, embrace your own journey. there is so much beauty and wonder to be found right where you are.

When I was a 12 yr old online I used to chat with an automated bot called igod and just peppered it w philosophical and theological questions which is how I came to suspect that a person was at times running the bot rather than it being fully scripted but in either case after a really shit day I asked it what the meaning of life was and it said

life may not have an inherent meaning, but that doesn’t make it meaningless

and later i asked my teacher what the purpose of life was and he smiled and said

there is no set purpose: purpose arises as need arises

and frustrated i reply than what am I supposed to do here? How do I find out?
