*there's the sound of a struggle, then the signal get staticy- and the communication cuts out for a bit, before returning after a few moments.*

"Uh... well I don't think that was... normal? Also I seem to be in some kinda spaceship now and I don't know where it's going."

“Meanwhile there’s some kind of fight going on- not sure who Five-Seven is dealing with or who they’re gonna be joined by-”

*there's a rumbling on the other side of the communication.*

"Whaaaat the fuck- okay that's... not good-"

*the rumbling happens again.*

"Um- give me one second I need to evacuate the area- iS THE GROUND SPLITTING OPEN-?!"

"Uhhh-"

-> She flinches at the sound of something outside where she is.

"Shiiit- this can't actually be happening-"

"...I'll go deal with it."

"You sure about that-?"

"Yes. I have a sense that I'm not the only Axurian here now, so I won't be going unassisted."

"Ohhh that's... that's concerning."

"Eh, if they try and do anything funny I'm sure that an arbiter can stop em- or three!"

"You say that when we literally beat an arbiter yesterday."

"Blah blah blah- anyways, I'm gonna go on my lunch break out in the nest, I'm gonna bring the communicator with me if you wanna keep talkin'!"

"Alright, have fun with that Sakura- I wonder why you're the only one that got permission to do that..."

"Eh, probably nothing too serious!"

*there's the sound of the other ends' communication device being picked up and brought along with Sakura.*

"So tell me, where ya from?"

"Oh, also, those two corpos know how to draw power from gods-"

-> She turns her attention to the question.

"New Haven, which was... an ironic name for the place considering the hellhole it was. Some alternate versions of the corpos I was mentioning, Spectra Arms Company and Krystallos Anomaly Investigation Agency, were running the shitshow there, but now they're dead in the water thanks to all the efforts me and the Last Hope Coalition put in to stop them. They've been gone for years now, and now I'm in some entirely foreign universe I'm still trying to learn things about."

"Other than Sakura? Not really, unless Nothing There breaches which is a rarity thanks to the extra safety measures put in place."

"Yeah, everyone always says I'm kinda a weirdo! But I'm curious on what you mean exactly..."

"Well, let's just say there are two outsider corpos who've already gotten in and begun taking stuff from your universe, and they've got... far less than good intentions."

"Indeed."

"Woah, sounds like an Abnormality name, rad!"

"You are suprisingly calm about this Sakura-"

"This is the most interesting thing that has happened around here for a while, hell fighting that claw was more boring than this!"

"Yeah, to you! I'm already exhausted about this week, we only have today left on the clock you know!"

"I knoooowww! But this is NEW! I've been so bored only really being able to talk with those in the wing for a while..."

*Max sighs again*

"What am I gonna do with you..."

"Hey, got a question: have either of you ever seen anyone who seems like they're out of place, even if they look like any other normal person where you're at?"

"Well, might as well introduce ourselves! I'm Sakura, captain of the Disciplinary team at L Corp! The other guy you're hearing is Max, captain of the Safety Team!"

"For being the Disciplinary captain, you're quite the chaotic one."

"Whaaat, can't a girl geek out over knives every once in a while?"

*there was a tired sigh from the other end of the communication.*

"While I understand having a hyperfixation, you have to be more careful with Abnormality E.G.O. especially with your weird modification property."

"Awww..."

"...I'm Scarlett. Pleasure to meet you both."

"Who are you talking to?"

"Some people who managed to get ahold of me- anyways- Sakura, Max, that other person who just spoke is Five-Seven."

*the comms begin to fizzle to life suddenly, a set of unfamiliar voices are speaking.*

"Ugh- Sakura, we don't even know what it'll do if you mess around with that weird radio thing too much! The manager could send you to work on Nothing There AGAIN!"

"Bestie, you know damn well that thing is scared of me for whatever reason- plus, it would be interesting if I managed to actually connect to anyone's comms with this ol junk!"

"Alright, your funeral."

"Oh shush, I've escaped death way too many times to have one, hehe!"

"You mean threatening an ALEPH with a knife?"

"Yep!~"

-> She tunes into her comms after that.

"Who's this?"

"Okay, so you're telling me... we were right about that other version of me's universe's Spectra and Krystallos still being active?"

"Yes, unfortunately."

"How do you... even know about that-?"

"I was made privy to several things by managing to overhear conversations related to them. Word had spread about that other universe's versions of Spectra and Krystallos, and quickly at that."

"Well, I guess that makes sense then- it's... scary to know we were spot-on, though-"

"It truly is. The corporations having equipment as powerful as E.G.O. and being able to draw power from beings such as gods is concerning."

"...if those people try to go up against Teapot Corp, it'll be catastrophic..."

"Indeed... it would be."

-> She soon goes to investigate what she heard, pausing after seeing... someone who's just as mechanical as she is. She has her weapons within arm's reach, ready to grab them in case she gets attacked.

"Hey, you alright?"

-> It looks up after a few moments, getting up onto their feet. Well, they're not immediately attacking...

"...Affirmative."

-> Their voice is monotone and lacking any obvious hints of emotion. Unsurprising, considering that it's a mass-produced robot made for the express purpose of being a soldier.

"Who are you?"

"Scarlett, and you?"

"SHD Model 5-7. A pleasure to make your acquaintence."

"Same to you."

"Where are we?"

"Well- I'm still trying to figure that out myself, I only recently ended up here shortly before you did-"

"...Understood."

-> It becomes silent for a few moments.

"You do not have a Star Soul."

"Yeah, those don't exist where I originally came from, and they don't exist here either... back at home, we have kinetic abilities called Esperances- I have some myself."

"Noted."

"I'll... help you get settled in, if you wanna stick around with me."

"That would be appreciated."

"Also, are you good with me just calling you 'Five-Seven'?"

"Affirmative."

"Alright. Well, let's go inside. I've got a bunch of stuff set up."

-> They follow her into her little base of operations, glancing around occasionally.

-> After some time of trying to work on getting settled in, she suddenly flinches at the sound of something crashing into the ground.
