Intro Post

"We all got here somehow. We don't know who we once were, so all there is now is to move forward and exist. Though, most importantly above all else, don't die."

New Start is a passion project I started back in March of 2025. Since then it has grown into something I am very proud of and is continuously in the works. This blog will be a documentation of various aspects of the server including my character, lore, events, including past stuff.

I feel like if he ever shaved his hair down, he'd have a bit of fun with it instead.

Kuma Slob raises his arms again and speaks in his gloopy voice,

"Wanna kn-ow the quic-kest way down the hill??"

Today was not a good day.

As he sits, hiding in the bathtub, curtains drawn to conceal his figure. He hopes they wont find him, praying to himself that they aren't even real.

"I don't know if I can tell you what happened between us."

"Get out of my house-"

He shook and pleaded.

✧ ⋮ General Appearance: Dark, short hair; glasses; slightly disheveled clothes, not sure why they always get so messed up; and generally seems quite tired looking. ✦ ⋮ Job/Hobbies: He works at the local clinic, the only clinic in the city. Feel free to stop by for a checkup or if you have any concerns! ✧ ⋮ Personality: A very serious man, heavily focused in his work. Socially not very adventurous, refuses to become friends with people who are his patients first. ✦ ⋮ How long has he been generated: Since he was around 8-9 years old. Now he is nearing his late 30's.

Maxim is pathetic looking no matter what I fear- His ex-husband would be the kind of person to dress him up like this.

I always tell people that Rook is relatively fit. Mainly because he is pretty active (on foot delivering packages around the city all day long). During that he burns a good bit of calories, but I imagine and have him eat a good bit to compensate and fuel that. Anyway, to keep it short, I am now actually sitting here learning some basic muscle anatomy to draw how I imagine this to be.

Also this mayyyy be so I can see how to draw him in old dresses n shit he used to wear before his body shape changed and now it doesnt look the same on him.

[Rook getting gripped by an unknown figure trying to intimidate him]

✧ ⋮ General Appearance: He smiles a lot, even when he is scared or experiencing negative emotions, he typically defaults to smiling through it. He has green eyes which is convenient with his favorite color also being green. Tends to wear a lot more dark colors and greens. A handful of accessories including: a chain, various earrings, sometimes rings, and a septum piercing. Lots of angular line tattoos along their body. The most notably important is the two asymmetrical ones under the eyes. ✦ ⋮ Job/Hobbies: Works as a Mailman during the day, does fortune teller readings, and is mostly just having a fun old time making friends and doing random side quests all day. ✧ ⋮ Personality: Everything seems funny to them, always has something to say. They are very prone to chatting people up, though they seem to have an issue remembering a lot of the names of the people he talks to without a lot of repetition. He is the most social of my three main characters in New Start. ✦ ⋮ How long have they been generated: "Loooong ass time," they laugh.

Extra Notes: Rook is the character I currently play the most between all three so he is getting temporary favoritism with how much art I make of him.
