Happy Monday!
Hope you are had/having a good day!
My inbox is always open if you need anything!
Here are some great helpful natural ways to cope with anxiety! Please click and give it a read. I hope this helps those who need it.
I am having such a hard time right now. I just recently went through a break up with a boyfriend I was with for a year and a half and on top of that I suffer from bad anxiety. I was wondering if you have any advice on these issues, anything would help..
Hello there!
To begin, I am sorry to hear about your break up. Break ups are hard, I have been there many times. The good news is, this pain is temporary! This is your time to call up all your friends you might have not hung out with as much use of the busy job of being a girlfriend. Hanging out with friends and getting out of the house will help you take your mind of things. They will make it so you do not feel alone, because I am sure they have been through it to.
Coping skills for break ups:
1. Eat a healthy diet
2. Work out
3. Hang out with friends
4. Pick up a new hobby
5. Remind yourself of all the great things in your life
Anxiety happens, it happens to the best of us. But there are great natural ways of coping with anxiety. I have found a good article that will teach you these healthy ways from Anxiety and Depression Association of America. Please click and give it a quick read (:
