How did you learn to draw so good :O

[[Okay, so basically here is my process of how I’ve improved my art.

Step one: stare at other peoples art. It’s so good. Cry a little. Angst over their talent.

Step two: Turn the angst to determination. Spend all spare cash on sketch pads. Worry a little bit over just how much has been spent on sketch pads. Ignore bank balance and draw.

Step three: Draw! Every! Damn! Day! Even when it’s bad and you don’t show anyone. Fill an entire sketchpad with drawings of one muse. Dodge questions from people about why you draw so many cat people.

Step four: Keep staring at other peoples art. Try not to angst. Study stock photos for poses. Try and fail at anatomy. Fill another sketchpad with poses that look awkward but eventually get less awkward.

Step five: Show off your progress! Revel in the amount of notes (5 likes is still a lot damn it!). Show it to your friends who love it. Compare it to old stuff you did instead of other peoples stuff. Feel proud. 

Step six: Somehow obtain a digital drawing tablet. Immediately lose the pen. Continue with sketchpads anyway. Keep drawing what you love. Get nice anonymous asks that inspire you to keep drawing.

Step seven: Profit.]]

[[So my thoughts are to kinda ease back into this slowly since I’m also at college full time now (yay games journalism!) so I think I will probably only open up two muses for threads until I’m back into the swing of things. And if past rp partners wouldn’t mind, I was thinking of starting fresh with new threads instead of picking up on ones left for several months. I’m happy to pick up on the same/similar plotlines and keep everything canon, I would just rather start off with new starters/opens and not a big backlog of drafts. 

Muses I’m favouring for reviving first off would probably be Mya and Nim so if anyone would be interested in plotting something or just wants to post a starter lemme know! And if theres interest in the other muses too we can plot stuff for later too! Basically if you wanna do something just prod me and say ‘let’s do the thing’ or tell me if you want an old thread to stay!]]
