i don’t understand why these annoying nursing students who work as PSWs don’t even work as PSWs. like nasa floor lang sila para makipagchikana. goodness gracious.. gurl, you won’t become a skilled nurse if you don’t even learn the basic like establishing rapport. that’s one of the most important things in a nurse–patient relationship.

second, makipag collaborate ka sa mga kapwa mo PSWs. TEAMWORK makes the DREAMWORK. we don’t work alone, we work as a team. not acting like you’re some kind of queen just because you’re a nursing student.. tapos magrereklamo kang pagod ka na samantalang wala ka naman ginawa kundi magpa cute sa nurse’s station..

now, if you don’t like working as a PSW, then don’t work at all.. nakaka overwhelm ang bedside and dapat handa ka sa heavy workload.. kung ayaw mo mag bedside, mag OPD ka.. or RNVA.
