24 days to go and i can’t seem to get under 60kg i am going to go crazy!!

if i stay strong today i’ll be at my new LW tomorrow and then again the day after and the day after and then i’ll finally fit in the pretty dress my bf chose for me!!

bf picked out a really pretty dress yesterday but honestly almost dislocated my shoulders try to get it on and off, not to mention i look like a whale in it :/

i suppose this is just motivation to starve cos i’ve bought it now

my current routine is;

- eating my first meal at 1pm

- my second (and last) meal whenever i finish work (depending on my shift it could be 8pm-12am

- fasting until my first meal the next day

and if i want snacks i got my 10cal jelly pots!! and cucumber omg

omg i’m going to buy holiday clothes this week so i have a few days to drop a few more pounds 🤭

Skinniness is always worth all of the pain

The cravings will pass. The hunger will pass. Getting to your goal weight will make it ALL worth it. Don't let the hunger control your life. You are stronger then it and you will be skinny. Once you see that magic number on the scale then you wont remember the times you wanted to binge SO bad. The times you were so hungry. It'll mean nothing because you did it. You have everything you wanted. Don't let a moment in time, a craving, a feeling, stop you from getting to where you want. I know how bad you want it, so do right by yourself and ignore, ignore, ignore.
