Not gonna type the stuff on the pic again, but yeah. I’m at like 20%. Maybe a little less, but not less than 19%, I think. Anyway, I’m cut down a lot since I started and I’ve learned a ton about nutrition and exercise. Every day I learn and push more and it’s great. I started a 12-week workout program yesterday.
