Hmmm… as you can see, Marinette has a love-hate relationship with the masked guy. They’ve already met a couple of times before, but those moments weren’t as sweet as the Adrienette we saw in chapter 2, right? In the next chapters we will know more about who that guy is and the reasons for his failed and clumsy attempt to become a hero - or kinda - at the same time as his relationship with Marinette evolves in unexpected ways! Her main goal was to find her childhood friend Adrien, but now she will have a lot more to deal with until she realises that what she’s been looking for might be right in front of her eyes, but sometimes wearing glasses (and sometimes, a mask and a cap).

Mari and Adrien study in different schools!! They are in high school.

Adrien didn’t want to tell his name because he is afraid Marinette might find out he isn’t as “cool” as he seemed to be when they met and that she might think he is a coward, or something like that. Adrien and his father moved back to Paris a month ago, (this topic will be better explored in the future) and he haven’t made any friends in his new school. Actually, they threat him kinda badly there.

In this AU Gabriel is an university teacher, and until this point Adrien was educated by homeschooling with him. (this topic will be better explored in the future too). As Gabriel is very intelligent, Adrien has become very smart too.

The flower shop’s design was inspired by a very cute one I saw on google!

Marinette’s family has a good financial condition!

First of all, your style has literally such a joyful power! I see anything of yours and I still feel excited to read it because it’s such a comfort style!

Secondly, the way you do faces is very characteristic of yours! I think it’s the nose or the eyes but it’s so easy to distinguish from others’ styles! Even the anatomy and the colour palette you use are very specific!

Also I just wanna point out how ADORABLE you make Adrien/Spidrien’s hair, it’s sooooo cute?!

AND YOU?? the first time I saw your art all I could say was. DAMN?! this artist is a natural at good shading and lighting?! HOW DARE YOU CALL MY ART GOOD HAVE YOU SEEN YOUR ART

your latest comic literally left my jaw hanging. The amount of hard work and dedication in it?!?! Your dedication to what you love shows in your art. not to mention the way you draw face cuts, and the soft brush you use for lineart make it so satisfying to look at. Your lighting is sharp and dramatic, but it fits right with any situation. i mean. if you want your piece's atmosphere to look soft it looks soft and if you want it to look dramatic it looks DRAMATIC ASF yes i just looked at that chat blanc comic the third time now just to look at the details and choice of colors.

You use COOL colors like. idk. When i look at them I just think they'd be cool to touch. like. calming colors. i know i dont make sense.

Hello, lovely people! 😃 Here I introduce you my AU comic for MLB! I won’t spoil it a lot, so for now what you need to know is:

it’s an alternative universe where the pandemic happened some years ago (that’s why some characters still wear masks in some occasions)

They are not heroes, so no superpowers here!

The Agrestes are not rich! Not even close.

Adrien and his father left Paris right after Emilie’s disappearance, when Adrien was 9, and they came back 10 years later. (This topic will be better explored in the future!)

Gabriel is not a supervillain, and until Emilie’s disappearance he was quite a normal and affectionate father, but after that, he became very overprotective.

Marinette loves Adrien since their childhood, and she really wants to see him again someday, but she doesn’t know if she was to him as special as he was to her. (She doesn’t even know if he remembers her.)

Can’t wait to show you more of this! So I hope you like it! ❤️
