Korean Twitter Slang
If you’re on the Korean side of twitter, these are words that you’ll probably encounter quite a lot.
트친 - Twitter friend (mutual)
트친소 - used to introduce yourself to gain more mutuals. fandom names are often put in front of 트친소 to connect with people in a certain fandom! (Ex: #레베럽_트친소)
트잉여 - a useless person who spends too much time on Twitter
맞팔 - follow each other (follow back)
선팔 - follow first
언팔 - unfollow
블언블 - block and then unblock
움짤 - gif
초멘 (초면멘션) - first mention *죄송합니다/실례합니다 is often followed after. **it is used out of courtesy when first mentioning someone on twitter.
무멘맞괄 - even if you don’t @ each other, if you follow, they’ll follow back. **멘션 없어도 팔로우 하면 맞팔
