Leave it to me to make art for a dead fandom yippee

But in all honesty I started watching this show during the summer and while I know traditionally you should watch Yo Soy Betty La Fea I actually first watched Betty en NY and THEN I came across La Fea Mas Bella when scrolling through Instagram so I have yet to watch the original Columbian version of this show

I know it gets a lot of flack bc of how ridiculous the mexican version of this show can be at times but it came off as very charming to me and who doesnt love watching Jaime Camil and Angelica Vale bounce off each other when making comedy bits

I've done plenty of art for this show, but I mainly liked this one bc of how cute it ended up being

That and I finally wanted to share these art pieces from how little art I see of it in comparison to the beautiful pieces people make for the original show

Where Kiryu falls asleep as Majima tells stories from his adventures as a pirate

I like to think Majima lays in bed next to Kiryu to comfort him during his chemotherapy sessions and talks to him until Kiryu falls asleep

I literally forgot Majima's eyepatch and had to go back to draw it on but I liked the little yearning look he gives Kiryu with both eyes, probably should've flipped the canvas whoopsie

I wish the newer games still kept the translation in Majima calling Kiryu Kazzy like the original games

Need a study in how Kiryu managed to get finer as he aged

I watched that cutscene in infinite wealth and it just kept absolutely running through my head like a broken record

I swear I couldn't sleep until I finally finished this little fantasy of Majima being as breath taken as I was at seeing Kiryu with his hair all relaxed and gray for the first time

Recently really got into the yakuza series, currently trying to finish yakuza 0 after enjoying kiwami 1. I miss majima everywhere.

Poor old man doesn't know how to work self-checkout

I cant for the life of me remember what post it was that mentioned kiryu talking about needing help for self checkout in infinite wealth but it was so funny to me

The great gastby storyline if it were sonic themed

This isn't entirely glamorous and big but I liked it either ways just to share the character designs

Blaze and Fiona were my favorites with having to work around their design and making it more 1920's themed

I'll probably work more on it over time but I was also trying out some features on krita I might not have regularly used before

That and just a means to make content revolving shadow and amy
