Well, as a break from The Freak Circus, I decided to post my heaven official's blessing OC.

The drawing is quite old, and I had a little different style back then but I really like it still.

Honestly, I made him mostly to follow Xie Lian around. He just randomly stuck to him and started calling him his brother for some unknown to the entire universe reason (He stole the front hair from Xie Lian as well). But generally, he's a very bubbly person who loves lanterns more than his life! And since I don't think I have a proper name for him yet, we just call him Glitter.
