Cave of Forgotten Memories is a real treat. (More Herzog movies, fun reflections on natural roots of people, how we interpret them, etc).

He has several films based on interviews with death row inmates. I understand that they're valuable and important art, but they're a real bummer.

He has a recent one about the brain and consciousness that was interesting, if a little disjointed.

He gave his voice to The Happy People. I think he wasn't as involved in its creation, but it's a fun "year in the life" type documentary about people living in the far northeast of Russia.
