BIO.
The sole heir to fortunes, Nick was never left wanting in his life. He lived a life a luxury, and privilege. The sky really was the limit. The Ambrose family name came with money and a heavy legacy. Nick was never really interested in the latter. Hence when he became the sole inheritor of the family business, money, and property, he threw it all to the wind. Nick did what would’ve been expect of him; finish school and go to university. But he avoided the responsibility of stepping up to the mantle of the family business and instead, he sold it at the first opportunity. Setting himself free of responsibility.
From there on out it was the glory days, swimming in champagne and lapping up the attention. Nick reconnected with an old school-mate, Mik, and the rest is history. They’ve had their ups and downs, including one unplanned pregnancy, and a dozen other dramas. Zeroing their joint bank account and living hand to mouth, with some creativity to keep up the life of luxury on the exterior. In the end, it was Panopticon that really turned Nick’s life upside down. Severing his connection for a short while to Mik and the outside world.
After the initial fit of shock, and given Nick was uninterested in the Flower Tower save for using it to spy on the outside world. He set about reliving the glory days, initially by hosting hedonistic parties on the island. When those grew a little too big, he opened up a club. Most night’s Rapture is nothing out of the ordinary, a little too much drink, dancing and somewhere to forget the apocalypse is even happening. But every now and then, on invite-only, Nick hosts gatherings of creative minds. He’s reached deep to ensure that the club has nothing but the best, scavenged or hand-made, especially when it comes to booze. Sometimes at detrimental costs. But now, with his other half, and life partner, Mik at his side on Panopticon – surely anything is possible.
