Ahh 😭😭 Even tho I broke my fast at 67 hours for some fucking Mac and cheese I woke up this morning weighing in at 168.8 😭😭😭❤️
Absolutely devastated I ended my fast at 67 hours just for a plate of Mac and cheese and half a protein bar…the Mac and Cheese is what upsets me the most I actually hated it I will probably never eat velvetta Mac and cheese again 🤢 protein bar was 10/10 tho would recommend if I had just ate the protein bar I wouldn’t actually mind breaking my fast but oh well to start again trying to make it till Saturday 6:30pm 👏🤞
Longest fast I have had in awhileee I’m so proud of myself ❤️ I’m actually not eating until Saturday I planned a steak meal as a reward for making it the whole week. I’m slightly disappointed I weighed in today after 48 hours fasting at 171 and I really wanted to be 165 or less before I ate again but I still have two days to at least get into the 160s 🤞
This might be a long shot but are there any mothers on here with an ED? I’m comparing bodychecks and I can tell I’ve lost weight but my ‘pouch’ isn’t going away it’s just getting saggy 😭😭 please tell me there is something I can do about it, will it ever go away 😭 My first bodycheck was roughly 190lbs and I just took this one at 172
Officially think my scale is lying to me but I’m soo happy it’s really motivating seeing the scale drop makes me almost PROUD to not eat. I am 172 only two pounds away from losing TEN pounds in just this last week hopefully I can keep this up and surpass my goal of 150 by the end of the year!!!
I saw a tweet or a post saying we really need to stop saying we binged after eating something completely normal but it’s soo hard like even eating in general makes me feel like I’m binging, I had a small bowl of spaghetti today which I threw up and I just ate a feww like maybe 4 pieces of chips and I feel like I’m already falling into a binge cycle even tho the healthy part of me knows that is NOT a binge I just can’t help but feel guilty for eating even the smallest amount but damn still stuck at 176 at least I didn’t gain!
Totally random but is bad breath a common thing for people who don’t eat? Like this past week I’ve definitely cut down on eating and I do puke up what I eat which I know causes puke breath but I’ll brush my teeth and a few hours later I can literally taste how bad it smells
I’m finally out of the 180s!
I NEVER want to weigh 180 again! I will probably have a breakdown if I weigh 180 again…I’m 176! Which is probably three days away from being 170 for a total weight loss of 20 pounds I’m so excited. Losing the weight is super motivating I’ve literally developed a fear of eating and when I do eat I’m literally puking it into a cup after each bite. I’m hoping to be 150 if not less by the end of the year ❤️❤️

I don’t think I did two bad today, I started a fast around 7pm last night didn’t eat until around 9am. I had a Casey’s breakfast veggie slice I’m honestly addicted so I decided if I am gonna have one that’s ALL I’m going to have plus I walk to work and home everyday so I like to think I work it off and have still been losing weight so that’s good 🤞

Definitely not the best day, I started my day off fasting only for my husband to come on our lunch break and ended up having one slice of pizza with him.
While at work my job had brownies for everyone and I took one bite which I absolutely regret it wasn’t worth it I really need to remember it isn’t worth it right before I eat because I literally isn’t I’m always left disappointed.
My families BBQ I could have gotten out of, I’m glad we got to celebrate his birthday and have good food but plus the pizza slice I ate today it was just to much I didn’t finish it tho so that’s a point for me! I’m also still puking up what I can…

This is my first weigh in, in weeks I’m absolutely terrified I was doing so good almost down ten pounds only for me to go back to eating regularly and I gained it all back. I’m starting my journey over so whatever I weight today I strive to NEVER weigh again

I totally could have finished my fast and hit 24 hours I’m so disappointed only I’m glad I did make it 21 hours at least my goal for today is to hit 24 hours 💪 I need to be more conscious of my calories yesterday wouldn’t have been to bad if I just kept it at 300-500 calories 😩
