advice on doctors in the uk??

Hey there! I'm looking for some advice on how to go about seeing and scheduling appointments with specialist doctors in the U.K. I'm currently in England. Once my NHS card comes, I'd like to find a gastro for my crohns, an obgyn, a nutritionist, and a dermatologist. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm not used to the way the health care works here and my husband hasn't needed specialist care!

One of my favourite dishes: baked sweet potato, garlic/onion/tomato lentil scramble, a salad and all drizzled in a garlic lemon tahini dressing. Love how simple whole foods make me feel so amazing🌟🙌
