                            “ thank you for being agreeable. “                a sigh, it almost sounded like nico was ready to argue there. that wouldn’t have turned out very pretty. as long as nico wasn’t going to argue with her, hikari wasn’t going to argue back.                             “ it’s for my sister. i need to get                                      her something from the kids section.                                i don’t, however, normally go                                      shopping, and i buy from the other                                sections, so i have no idea                                      where it is. “

Nico stifled a laugh.  She really found it hard to believe Hikari had never bought something from the kids section before.  Still, she wasn’t about to start another ruckus so she merely gestured for the other girl to tag along.  “It’s over by the dressing rooms.  My sisters spend too much time trying on clothes over there.”

She weaved through the clothing racks, pausing occasionally to make sure Hikari didn’t get too far behind.  “Have you seriously never been shopping with your sister before.  The kids section is a staple for every time my family goes shopping.”  The pair reached the large sign designating this section of the store for kids clothing and leaned against a shelf that was advertising a sale on jean shorts.

“Here you go, I guess.”

As Eli comfortably settled down into her seat in class, she immediately felt a vibration in her pocket. A dark, almost troubled look entered her eyes, bringing her forehead to her hand.

Geez, that was one heck of a fast reply. What have you done, Elichika?

She didn’t bother checking her phone, she had an image to uphold after all. How would it look if the stuco president was on their phone in class? No one probably actually cared. Eli did though. 

Time to focus, try to focus, look like she’s focusing enough. She could look over the notes later and deal with that.

She waited patiently at Nico’s front door, putting a hand out to knock on it, Eli decided to go with the next day, seeing how excitable Nico was. When the door opened, she made to do her best impression.

“Eli Eli Li~” “I’m here to pick up super-idol Nico Ni!”

She did have siblings after all, the blonde might as well play it up.

Cotaro sniffed upon seeing Eli at the front door, hardly reacting to her playful jab at Nico’s catch phrase.  He wiped his nose on his sleeve and toddled back into the living room where Nico was busy trying to help Cocoa with her homework.  She glanced at Eli and stood up, smoothing her skirt out.

“Do you understand Cocoa?”  Her younger sibling blinked at the math worksheet before looking back at Nico.

“Not at all.”  Nico let out a defeated sigh and smacked her forehead.

“Well there’s not much else I can do.  Just...look it up I guess.”  Cocoa gave her a looking that seemed to say that’s what she wanted to do in the first place, but didn’t argue.  “I’m going out.  If you guys need something you can call me.”  She turned to face her friend and grinned.

“Time to go Elichi!”

              hikari quickly gave an excusing cough.                              “ i only wanted to look for one more                                         thing. since you seemed to have paced                                 around the entirety of the store, i                                         suppose you wouldn’t mind helping me                                 find it ? “               her tone is still a little blunt, and telling nico exactly what was on her mind didn’t seem to register as anything all that rude in her brain.

“This isn’t my first time at the store, it’s not like I haven’t walked the entirety of i-- you know what never mind.  Sure, I’ll help.  What are you looking for exactly?”  Hikari was almost as nasty as her, which she didn’t appreciate in the slightest.  Although Nico had a feeling that maybe the other girls rather sour attitude had something to do with her.

“GHO—I’M… GOING… GHOST…?” Damn it. What a perfectly foiled opportunity. He had half a mind to attempt to lure her back out into the signal-less wilderness just so the chance would rise up again. She would definitely forget the second time, right…?

No. No, they would lose this shot at breaking free, and soon he’d break, and then they’d never get their big break. “Give me a break… I mean. DON’T CALL NINE ONE ONE. We have some bad blood. Maybe four one one… The receptionists are always nice!”

Bolin’s stomach grumbled. Oh, yeah. They’d been out there for a while. “I could go for some pizza. You saved that pizza place’s number, right? The one I had deliver twenty five pizzas to your house when I was suuuuper hungry, but couldn’t afford it?”

Nico’s thumbs hovered over her phone as she impatiently waited for Bolin to make up his mind.  “The pizza guy?  Are you serious?  They probably blocked my number after that incident.”  She huffed and scrolled through her contacts.  The pizza might not be a half bad idea; she was getting pretty hungry herself.  “Alright fine, but I’m choosing the toppings.”

Nico scrolled through her contacts until she located the number and hit dial.  The ringing sounded distant, and she prayed she wouldn’t lose her single bar.  Eventually someone picked up.  “Uh, hi, yeah I’d like to order a large stuff crust pizza with sausage, mushrooms, and bacon.”  She paused.  “...cash?”  Oh no, what if they didn’t have enough money again.  It was too late to back out now.

“We’re...uh...camping on Route 42.  Yeah you’ll see us, we’re about six miles out of town.  Right.”  Nico turned towards Bolin before pumping her fist in the air.

“Success!  They’ll be here in 30 minutes or less otherwise the pizza is free.  Although, I only have seven dollars.  Please tell me you have enough to cover the rest.  We’re literally begging for a ride here.”

Looks like this female really wasn’t believing Tamaki. But he was telling the truth! Nothing was wrong! Why did she think there was something going on!? Even Tamaki was growing frustrated! Of course, he really didn’t want to take said frustration out on her, it wasn’t very gentleman of him. 

“What will it take for you to believe me?!”

“A-Are you seriously crying?  Calm down, I was just joking around.  Jeez.  You need to reign in your emotions.  I’ve never seen someone start sobbing at the drop of a hat like that.”

“Well lets use what we have for now so taping it should work” Chisaki suggests. “And if it doesn’t work we’ll try  the other way” she adds. Chisaki then grabs the tape and the rocket before lining it up against the soda bottle and taping it together.

“There this should work. Let’s test it now” she says happily before stepping back to admire their makeshift bottle rocket. She is quite proud that they were both able to make this together with hardly any problems. Now all they had to do was make sure that it actually flies. “Want to do the honors, Nico?”

She really wasn’t all to sure they were supposed to launch this rocket into the air but she knew that the mentos and the soda bottle were supposed to create enough of an explosion to launch it into the air. Chisaki waits patiently for Nico to get the rocket to launch into the air. “Don’t hurt yourself” she says.

Nico waved her hand flippantly.  “How would I hurt myself with this stupid thing anyway.”  She picked up the rocket and shooed Chisaki out of the way before figuring out the perfect bouncing position.  After much deliberation she finally tossed the rocket.  The soda cap popped off as expected and it lauched the rocket into the air.

Nico put her hand up to her forehead to shield her eyes as she watched it blast off of the roof.  “See, nothing hap-- uh oh.”  Something the pair hadn’t counted on was the rocket propelling itself off of the roof.  Once the soda stopped keeping it in the air the PCP pipe rocket dropped out of the sky.

“NO!!”  Nico scrambled to look over the side of the roof and clapped her hands over her eyes right as the rocket smashed a car window.  The car alarm started blaring and she sunk behind the wall.  “Alright well...we know that it works.  That’s all that really matters.  But, uh, we should go inside like.  Right now.”

my dad broke my car window and for some reason attempted to make me feel guilty as if it was my fault???  he literally took my car in the middle of the night without my permission and managed to break it. he was like “well now I have to pay for it” and I was like “...well you broke it so?”  I’m borrowing his car because of course he decided to do this the few days that I have to drive around a lot so I’m sorta in a piss poor mood so idk if I’ll do any replies today because I am Burning.

“… So, should we take the police force out first then?”

“Heh, you’re such a fool Bolin.  Honestly, what would you do without my wise words of wisdom.  Why should we wait for the police?  No, we should head straight for Richy Rich himself.  They’ll take us kicking and screaming after we’ve already done the deed!”

“That’s—THAT’S WHAT I’VE BEEN SAYING THIS WHOLE TIME.” Well, it was kind of what he’d been saying this whole time. “As soon as people hear of our identities, they’ll wanna follow us on EVERYTHING. We’ll need to dedicate an entire Facebook page to ourselves—if they don’t beat us to it! ALL WE GOTTA DO IS—KICK. THAT. KYOYAAAAAA~.”

“Youtube, Vine, Facebook, Twitter!  We’ll be everywhere!  An unstoppable social media force!  Maybe they’ll make cartoons of us to put in that Zoobe app!  We have to kick Kyoya, we no longer have a choice.”

“How did you do that? IT’S LIKE YOU’RE IN MY HEAD.” He snapped his fingers. “Aha, so that’s what they mean by great minds think alike! WE’RE SO IN SYNC ALREADY, NICO. Those men are as good as out of the way!”

“Bolin...how is it possible to be as stupid as you are.  They should put you in a lab and study your brain.  You know what’ll happen if you try to kick the cops?  We’ll end up on t-- wait a second this could be our big break.  The headlines would say something like ‘Brawny Boy and Adorable Girl Manage to Decimate the Ootori Police Force’.  Maybe you’re onto something.”

“Don’t listen to him Momo!  Don’t do it!  Bolin has a death wish!  There is no need to kiss or kick Kyoya Fancy Pants Ootori!”

He squared his shoulders towards her, leaned forward, and looked at her straight in the eyes.

“We can take them.”

“Right, right of course we can take on approximately 150 highly trained men who happen to have weapons.  So what, your fists of fury are going to take them out?  My siren song is going to lull them into a sleep?”

How did she know exactly how much money he had, down to the pennies? Ah. Nozomi. Inheriting the telepathy, maybe. “But… EVERYONE’S TALKING ABOUT IT. He can’t sue all of us! Strength in numbers!”
