The climate of the city is tropical semi-humid. The urban plan in which the plot is located is intended to reduce the large areas of slums through the construction social housing promoted by the Brazilian government program Minha Casa Minha Vida. During the design process, an interdisciplinary team was involved for the formulation of an architectural proposal, since the building will be one of an important equipment within the city, becoming one of the references for the needy population of the area. The constructive techniques adopted are popular and equivalent to those found in the surrounding houses, but used efficiently, aiming at maximum constructive rigor, economy of means and sustainability. Elemental bio-climatic strategies will be implemented and are intended to be models for new construction and possible requalification of neighboring buildings already built. The floor plan is a square of 18 x 18m. The Underground has parking lots, files and locker rooms. The ground floor has the reception and some support functions. The second floor receives collective work areas, meeting rooms and the notary’s office. The third has classrooms, space for employees, kitchen and a terrace. #paçodolumiar #saoluisdomaranhao #formamoderna #formaytectonicidad #archdaily #archidailybr #modernart #arquiteturamodernabrasileira #arquiteturasustentavel #arquiteturamoderna #sustentabilidade #desenhoarquitetonico #modernarchitecture #ArchitectureAPE #archilovers #architecture #arquiteturainspira #seuarchdaily #Huntgram #skrwt #lovesdomus #brarchitecture #supraorder @supraorder #grid #geometry #architectureplan #square #structure #thebestnewarchitects #thebna @the_best_new_architects https://www.instagram.com/p/B_LYsjZAcwt/?igshid=u1y1jwq590bc
