You can call me Solyn! I'm a Yumeshipper for one of my favorite games ever- Palworld!!! Specifically my beloved Victor Ashford 💕

I have a Palworld au (basically just canon adjacent... I just call it an au so I can use all my theories and hcs and occasionally change stuff I don't like- lmao) that I mainly post about me and my bestie's Palworld lore that we've had for around two years now(???) Featuring my self insert oc (Solyn Morozov) and my friend's ocs! (Voyant and Aspen Alcor)(The ocs belong to him but their story is collaborative and will live on this blog bc he doesn't post them there and bc ✨️organization✨️ ig)

Sharing status: Non-Sharing! I think doubles are AWESOME and CANON AF!!! And I wish yall nothing but the best!!!! Free to interact, but I'd prefer if you didn't tag me in anything related to your ship, or directly tie it into mine. So much of the perception of the tower bosses is based on headcanons and such (which is why I usually refer to my version as an au!), so I prefer to be non-sharing! I do block freely, so if I do end up being uncomfortable with your page, what you post, or how you speak to me... please don't take it to heart!

🫶🏽 Platonic yume with most of the tower bosses bc I wanna be friends with most of them- Mainly Axel Travers tho ngl (they range from acquaintance to friend but that's my bestie!<3). Idk if you mean his individual lore or the lore for my yumeship specifically, so I'm just gonna ramble about the premise for both!

Ofc I kept the canon lore, with him having created Shadowbeak- but also some of the stuff that's usually in theories or fanon lore! Mainly the pals and humans having the same soul composition theory (I'm probably gonna make a separate post for that eventually bc I have a lot of details about it, and it isn't too important to the main point here).

The main thing I really wanted to lean into with his lore is the toll his experiments had on him. He's described to have been a very kind quiet person in the past, yet the Victor we see in the tower battles comes across more cocky and overconfident. Along with the complete change to his personality and implied isolation, the general disregard for life he has in the game's storyline is definitely something gradually built up overtime, and that's one of my favorite things to focus on in the writing! (I'm writing a fanfic! It will be chapter by chapter, and sort of focus on the au as a whole, along with the tower bosses, and Voyant and Solyn's individual storylines! I'm very excited for that, ngl-)

One of my other big headcanons for his lore in general is that I think he was always a very curious and driven person. It was definitely turned for the worst into the extreme it eventually is due to the collapse of the world tree, but I think he always had a need to sort of disect the way the world works (hence joining the pal genetic research unit! I don't think he founded it, though-), especially since it seems like so few people do. (Most of the dex entries are based more on folklore, superstition, or just random observations- so it doesn't seem like all too much is factually known about pals, or the condition that caused them to exist in the first place. (Then again that might be because most people don't know they only exist there-) I think that would have bothered him a lot to begin with.)

For the yumeship itself, I mainly wanted to avoid relying on any of the usual "evil scientist" type tropes in romances... mainly in the intrest of them having a healthy relationship as opposed to Victor only seeing Solyn as a test subject. (Nothing wrong with tropes like that imo! I'm just not a fan of them personally.)

So his initial introduction to Solyn is him repeatedly crashing into the Pal Genetic Research Unit bases- and just doing a horrible job of it in the process.

Their main arc for their relationship is also focusing a lot on Victor sort of regaining his humanity and accepting the guilt he has for what he's done so he can recover and accept their affection for eachother!

That's the general idea of it, I think!
