Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 12 oz cooked pasta of your choice.
Instructions: Put the avocados, garlic that has been minced, fresh basil leaves, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food processor. To make it smooth and creamy, scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add pepper and salt to taste. Grate the Parmesan cheese on top and blend again until everything is well mixed. Move the smooth avocado sauce to a saucepan. Warm it up over low heat while stirring it all the time. Adding the heavy cream and stirring it in will keep the food warm for another two to three minutes. Test the seasoning and make any necessary changes. Put the smooth avocado sauce on top of any cooked pasta you like. If you want, you can add more grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves as a garnish.
