Semi-permanent hiatus

I have no will to keep role playing using this account, but I'll keep it around in case I get the spur of inspiration to draw or write something. I'm going to be unfollowing people, this doesn't mean I hate you or I think you suck, I just feel really back about following RP blogs I am not RPing with.

I seem to be spending more time telling you why I can't RP than I am actually RPing. With all the crap happening in my life right now I'm starting to seriously consider just deleting this account, because of all the RP blogs I have, this one has the least going on.

Maybe I just need some reassurance that this blog is any good, but I'm just not feeling like there's any use keeping it. My muse for Toothache is just sort of shriveling up and dying and I am lacking any motivation to try to save her.

My dog just died

Hiatus warning, like this post if I owe you a reply!!!!

I have some bad news, I may not be on for at least another week. My grandfather passed away a few years ago and left us his rental house in his will, the woman who was renting the house was recently evicted because she wasn't paying rent. We have decided we don't want to deal with another tenant so we're working on fixing up the place to make it sell-able. 

I have spent the last two days pulling up carpet and removing nails, I am so sore right now it actually hurts to type...and we're still not done, I'm starting school again after a sort of long Spring Break and so this week promises to be stressful, painful and tiring and as a precaution I don't want any of my RPs to suck because I'm so worn down.

I'm saying a week, but I really don't know how long this is going to last so... See you when I see you.

At the Back of Beyond|| Pitch and Toothache

It was sometime after the battle in Burgess when Toothiana decided it was safe to return to the darkness. In a corner of her palace where the moonlight never hit, there was a door which opened to a stairway, she never walked, but the stairs weren’t for her use anyway.

But Pitch should have made contact by now, the fact that he hadn’t was concerning.

Tooth flew down the stairs, the light disappeared behind her as she flew further and deeper down. She was completely swallowed up by it, and the air seemed to grow thicker as she passed from one world to another.

The stairway became a tunnle which stretched on for what seemed an eternity until at last it opened up. Blackness greeted her. For a moment she could see nothing, and the quiet flittering of her wings seemed deafening in the silence.

She didn’t know what to expect an softly called out “Pitch?”

Silence greeted her. The lair was completely still, the air stale and heavy. For several long moments there was nothing but silence and darkness; and then, in the distance there was the sound of snorting, and baying. A night-mare was watching her from a rocky ledge, gold eyes fixed steadily on her, it’s nostrils flaring as it sniffed the air, searching for her fear.

Tooth steeled up against it, she wasn’t afraid. “Where’s Pitch?” She demanded. The night-mare stomped its hooves defiantly, but Tooth hissed and flew closer to it’s face, “Where. Is. Pitch? Take me to him. Now!”

The night-mare snorted, it’s ears going back as it jerked it’s head back and forth before turning and disappearing down a dark passageway. 

It came out into one of the lowest levels of the lair, a dark open cavernous room with no decoration, nothing but natural jagged beauty. More night-mares wandered around in this cavern, all snorting, baying and stomping their hooves. 

And at the back of the cavern, seated upon the ground, legs stretched out before him sat Pitch Black. The boogeyman looked a little worse-for-wear as he sat with his back up against the wall, hands clasped together on his lap. His gold eyes shown through the darkness as he glared at a night-mare that wandered to close. It snorted at him and he flinched. He didn’t move until the night-mare moved away, and only then did he shift slightly.

Tooth followed the night-mare, it seemed to try to loose her, but she managed to keep up. More of them were gathered around something, her eyes were still adjusting to the darkness, but she was able to make out a form leaning against the wall.

“Pitch?” She realized, she flew through the crowd of night-mares, leaving a few destroyed in her wake as she reached the man on the ground, she took his hand, “Pitch! Are you alright, can you hear me?”

“Yes dear, I’m weak not deft.” He cooed sarcastically, his eyes rolling up to look at her. The dark circles around his eyes had darkened considerably. He lifted his free hand and placed a finger to his lips. “Shhhh, keep your voice quiet, they don’t like it when you speak.” He stated glancing around at the night-mares dully. 

A few snorted and pawed at the ground when they spotted him looking at them. He turned his attention back to her. “What took you?” He asked sharply, a bit disappointed to find that she’d taken so long to come fetch him.

The night-mares eyed her slightly when Tooth was fearing for Pitch, but they backed away again when she found out he was conscious and he heart rate dropped again.

She wrapped his arm around her neck trying to get him to his feet as she answered “We didn’t exactly have a back up plan in case we failed, did we?” the night-mares made a few snorts of protest but didn’t dare approach her yet, “I was waiting for a sign from you, but I never got one and decided something must be going on down here. What have these nightmares been doing to you?” she inquired.

Once upright, he steadied himself on the wall, holding tighter to her. “No we didn’t. Which, as an after thought, was stupid.” He sighed. “Oh you know, keeping me down here.” He growled glaring at them. “They’ve blocked the exit, they won’t let me leave. We’ll be lucky if we even get out of here.”

"In retrospect yes, but to be fair we weren't expecting a new Guardian either were we? It was a flawless plan otherwise." She added hoping to boost his confidence, she didn't believe the bit about the Night-mares until several leaped in front of them to keep her from taking Pitch out.

"Whoa, you weren't kidding!" she gasped jumping back only to keep Pitch out of reach, "Well, I'm not leaving you here. So we can either both stay here till we rot, or you can grow a back bone and stop being afraid of your own creation so I don't have to fight them alone."

Sorry if my replies suck today

I have multiple role play accounts., and a few days ago one of my muses got REALLY depressed. This normally wouldn't be a problem because one character's feelings normally wouldn't bother my other muses too much, except that one of them is emphatic, he picked up on the depression and now all of my muses are bummed out. I'm going to try to keep up with my RPs to see if that cheers them up.

“Oooh Jack?” Toothache squealed, her love for Jack’s perfect teeth was one of the few things that she had never lied about. “Keep an eye out for him, I would just love to add a couple of his teeth to my collection!”

“Thanks, I’ll go and see if he is around, while you get what you want” he zipped to maybe find Jack Frost and pull his pretty teeth with blood and gum on them

“I’m picking up on some uncollected teeth, I’ll meet you back at the lake in an hour okay?”

“Alright” he called from over his shoulder, he zipped through the town to maybe find him but all he found was dreamsand. He scoffed at it and touched some, it instantly darken and gave the children nightmares. He then went to the forest to find Jack.

Toothache flew across the town and found a child’s room. His window was open, not that it mattered, but Toothache still took the time to appreciate that the kid at least was thinking of her. This child, a boy name Ronny had lost his tooth after biting an apple. He didn’t have it under the pillow, but instead in a cup on the nightstand. Toothache picked it up and started to reach to give him a coin, but then remembered she didn’t do that anymore. The boy moaned in his sleep and she felt a stir inside her, a nostalgic feeling and she found herself placing a coin in the cup anyway.

Howl made it to the lake and looked around, Frost wasn’t around. So he’ll just wait till his mother showed up so he took the time to fix his feathers. Suddenly he was hit with an ice blast ‘Look who’s here’ Howl saw Jack Frost come out of his hiding spot to fire more shots, Howl ruffled his feathers and barred his sharp teeth and attacked. The fighting was at a stalemate till Jack froze Howl’s wings and firing another blast making Howl land on his back on the frozen pond. He tried to get up but Jack placed his bare foot on him pointing his staff at his neck “It’s over kid” he said with spite “Not quite” Howl then let out a piecing screech to warn his mother of the danger he was in.

The nostalgic feeling that Toothache had for Ronny did not last for Emily, or Marie. She felt around under the young girl’s pillow to find the tooth she had lost when suddenly something caught her attention. She paused, listening carefully, not sure if she could trust her ears, but the sound came again. 

“Howl!” She gasped dropping the tooth and returning through the window, flying toward the source of the screech as fast as her wings would take her,

The screech was piercing and Jack covered his ears, that distraction gave Howl an opportunity to bite at Jack’s ankle with his sharp teeth. Jack leaped away, as blood dripped from the bite mark “Your gonna regret attacking me”

When Toothache arrive on scene she saw the battle taking place. Though part of her was excited to see Jack, not just for his teeth, but because she actually did care for him as a friend, a hot anger boiled in her when she saw him attacking her son.

"JACK FROST GET THE HELL AWAY FROM HIM!" She shrieked.
