Cartoon Killer

They’re the ghost of a disgruntled character designer who is trapped forever within the children’s cartoon they died working on.

They started out with random appearances onscreen where they would attack the characters in the show to mess with the people watching, but they are slowly becoming powerful enough to go after viewers.
