Exercise Routine for Fasting
Morning: Light yoga.

Drink one liter of water during this time. 💧🌊
Afternoon: Rest, sleep, do things you normally do but don’t eat, and continue to drink water if you are on a water fast, and juice or other liquids if you are on a juice fast.
Evening:
This should help get rid of the your inner thigh fat, and make you more flexible. ~
By now, you should’ve drank three litres of water and if you haven’t make sure to continue drinking before you go to bed.
Thats all, add in anything else if you feel like doing so! But fasting should be a state of relaxation. If you put too much pressure on your muscles then that can do much more harm than good. Your body can get rid of muscle instead of fat, and you can severely hurt your body.

Please note: I do not encourage eating disorders AT ALL. This is just for me, and also for those of us that are already fucked up anyways. If you do no have an eating disorder, do NOT follow these, please seek help and lose weight in healthy ways.

🌸 Max 700 calories every day, ideally under 500 calories
🌸 Eat fruits and veggies every day unless fasting
🌸 Fast once per week
🌸 Drink 2 cups of tea per day
🌸 Drink 8 glasses of water per day
🌸 NO sugary drinks, including pop, juice, and in coffee
🌸 Only drink water, tea, coffee, and occasionally diet pop
🌸 Log all food in MyFitnessPal
🌸 Only eat out or get takeout with friends, and only once weekly max
🌸 Do not eat after 8pm or before 2pm
🌸 “Cheat Days” are only allowed for special occasions and must be pre-planned

At the Moment of Temptation...
-Don’t eat. If you want to see food, look at your thighs.
-Ballerina or beanbag?
-I am your butter and your bread. The voice that’s in your head.
-Good girls don’t swallow.
-“Jeez you are heavy!” or “Wow, you’re so light!”?
-Food isn’t a treat. It’s an ENEMY!
-Every time you say “No thank you.” to food, you say “Yes please” to thin.
-The belly is ungrateful. It always forgets we gave it something.
-Food is mean and sneaky. It tricks you into eating it and it works on you from the inside out, making you fat, bloated, ugly and unhappy.
-Do you really want to be that weight for the rest of your life?!?!?!
-It is a most mortifying reflection for a man to consider what he has done, compared to what he might have done.
-Calories won’t make you happy.
-You don’t NEED food.
-Think of anorexia as your secret weapon!

-Giving into food shows weakness. Be strong and you will be better than everyone else.

-Don’t let today’s moment forsake tomorrow’s dream.
-Do not give up what you want most for what you want at the moment.
-You will be tempted quite frequently and you will have to choose whether you will enjoy the 20 minutes or so that you will be consuming excess calories, or whether you will cordially despise yourself for 2 or 3 days for your lack of will power.
-Do you want people to say “For God’s sake, get off you’re crushing me!” or “You are sooo light!”?
-Every time I have the opportunity to eat, I have the strength to refuse.
-Eating doesn’t make anything better.
-What makes resisting temptation difficult for most people is that they don’t want to discourage it completely.
-If you eat then you’ll look like those disgusting, fat, ghetto, and trailer-trash hookers on Jerry Springer.
-Food tastes bad.
-Pleasure to the lips adds pounds to the hips.
-The greasy fry it cannot lie. Its truth is written on your thigh.
-Hunger is your friend and it won’t betray you like eating will.
-Eat to live, but don’t live to eat.
-Craving is only a feeling.
-Eat as much as you want, just don’t swallow it.
-Don’t eat anying today that you’ll regret tommorrow.
-What nourishes me also destroys me.
-Just say/think “NO.” and keep your mouth closed.
-Food is Satan. Don’t be a victim.

-You have such a pretty face. Why don’t you try dieting?

Imagine: cutting up an old tee from your favorite band so that it hangs above your flat stomach and dips so low that your collarbones stick out.
Imagine: spending a bunch of money on something super cute to wear to the concert because you’re oozing confidence and you can totally pull off those fishnets.
Imagine: having all the boys stare at you as you walk past because you’re the hottest girl at the show.
Imagine: smiling as the merch guy has to dig through all the boxes to find an XS shirt, since that’s all that fits you.
Imagine: being able to slip your shirt off right there in front of everyone to put on your new band tee, not giving a shit who sees your slim stomach and slender arms.
Imagine: being able to sit on your friend’s shoulders to get a better view and knowing you’re not hurting them because how could you? You’re light as air.
Imagine: effortlessly crowd surfing; getting tossed around like a rag doll because you’re so tiny.
Imagine: squeezing and worming and slipping your way up to the barrier, where you can see everything on stage.
Imagine: the vocalist scanning the crowd and stopping on you, smiling because he’s awestruck by the super hot girl in the front row screaming the lyrics to every song.
Imagine: meeting the band after the show and taking a ton of cute pictures. You smile as they hug you tightly, slip their arm around your waist and set their hands on your sharp hip bones. The drummer even picks you up for a photo, and it’s effortless.
Imagine: seeing them again a year and a half later and them remembering you, remembering your name because who could forget the bombshell that crowd surfed and looked stunning doing it?
Imagine: concerts at your goal weight.

Come on doll. Don’t give up. I know you have it in you. You’ve worked so hard to get where you are. It wasn’t for nothing. You know you want the attention and admiration of being the skiny friend. All you have to do is push a little further. You’re going to look even more beautiful. I know you don’t think you are but I do. Remember how you feel looking at the scale and seeing that you lost. It felt so good didn’t it? You were sort of proud for losing, even if it was a small amount. Dont you want to feel that again? You’re so close to your goal. Keep pushing. I believe in you.
