Non Grata in China. With Mexican, Chinese and Estonian troops all September. 13th of October Non Grata opened with performance “Force Majeure - 10 New Commandments” legendary Open Art International Performance Festival, same event, which is closed down several times by police during the actions and which organiser Chen Jin sold some years ago his house and car to invite more than 300 artist all over the world to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Festival. Police was present also this time and broke the performance program outside.

20th of September Non Grata opens huge exposition in Yuan Art Museum called “Action”. Last exhibition of this non profit private institution was up just 1 hour, when police attack the building with 20 cars, closed the roads, took exhibition down and museum president to prison. So today they gone have close look on exhibition plus opening performance and president is staying at home.

Next Exhibition is on 26th in Songzhuang art ghetto on 7th Rond of Beijing, where government is isolated thousands of artists from society to work under their eye. Performances are not allowed there, but by keeping the location in the secret to the last moment, organisers try to mislead the cultural spies.

Non Grata Hiinas. Septembrikuu viibib Non Grata Eesti, Mehhiko ja Hiina liikmeskonnaga Pekingis. NG avas legendaarse, mitmeid kordi kohaliku korrakaitsejõudude ja salateenistuse poolt suletud Open lnternational Performance Art Festival 798 Art Districtil performancega "Force Majeure - 10 New Commandments". Tegemist on sama festivaliga, mille 10. juubeliürituse rahastamiseks ja üle maailma 300 kunstniku kokkukutsumiseks müüs malbelt naeratav peakorraldaja Chen Jin maha oma auto ja maja. Politsei ei puudunud ka seekord, katkestades pealinna tänavatel esimese päeva programmi. > 20. septembril avab Non Grata Pekingi Yuan Art Museumis mahuka ekspositsiooni 500 m2 “Action”. Selle non profit eramuuseumi kuu aega tagasi avatud näitus sai olla üleval vaid avamisele järgnenud tunni, seejärel ründas politsei kohale, blokeeris paarikümne masinaga ümberkaudsed tänavad, võttis pildid maha ja muuseumi president veetis järgnevad ööd vangikongis. Avamistel on erariides salapolitsei alati publiku hulgas ja nii saab see olema ka täna.

Program jätkub 26. Septembril näitusega "Force Majeure" riigiaparatuuri poolt mitu tuhat kunstnikku oma valvsa silma alla koondatud Songzhuang art ghettos Xing Shen Art Space 's. Performanced on seal keelatud aga asukoha viimase hetkeni saladuses pidamisega loodavad korraldajad valitsuse kultuurinuhid ära eksitada.
