My workout routine!!
~stretch before you begin~
60 jumping jacks 20 high knees 60 squats
~1 minute rest~
20 leg lifts 40 jumping jacks 30 high knees
~1 minute rest~
30 squats 60 crunches
~1 minute rest~
30 leg lifts 10 push-ups 1 min plank
~1 minute rest~
40 sumo squats 10 leg extensions (each leg) 10 leg extensions (each leg) 20 side leg raises
~1 minute rest~
10 tricep dumbbell dips 20 dumbbell curls 10 tricep dumbbell dips
~1 minute rest~
10 dumbbell curls 20 tricep dumbbell dips 10 dumbbell curls
~1 minute rest~
100 crunches 45 calf raises 20 sumo squats
~1 minute rest~
10 push-ups 20 sumo squats 100 crunches
~1 minute rest~
~stretch after workout~
It looks like a lot of work, but when you do it, it’s not that bad. It’s the right kind of burn. It will push you just enough where it hurts, but it feels great at the same time (especially when you step into a hot shower afterwards and sooth your muscles). Hope you enjoy!
