There are many methods to help us balance the pranic energy that flows within each and every one of us. Here are the mudras (hand gestures) and mantras (sounds), as well as the method for cleansing and balancing each of the seven chakras.

THAT'S A WRAP
A lot has gone on since the last post. Went Location Scouting, Reserved a crew (Hair, Make-Up, Photographers, and Models). The shoot was yesterday. Shot at the beautiful Cannery, used the wonderful natural light, and enjoyed the moment.

Potential Locations
Here are three potential locations for upcoming shoot:
Option 1) The Cannery
The historical Del Monte Cannery, located in San Francisco. Recently, acquired by the Academy of Art University and houses various student studios and retail stores.
Option 2: Private Residence
Possible location number two, a private residence in the foggy grey skies Outer Richmond. The backyard needs to be cleaned out but a great location.
Option 3: Alley Way on San Francisco
The Alley Way near 1st and Howard in the Financial District. It is a little treasure in San Francisco. The front of these buildings show the story I want to represent in my photos.

Let the Games Begin
The beginning of the New Year has started and so have the projects. The posts right now are going to be inspiration for my upcoming photo shoot. Enjoy and follow me on the ride.
Winter Break
Since Mid-December, I have taken a break from blogging and working on upcoming projects. In the next couple weeks I will be posting again.

"From The Ground Up"

For the photo shoot "From The Ground Up", here are the Process Boards for our past photoshoot that happened on December 3rd. These are the Process Boards that include the mood, lighting, model poses, and hair & makeup.
For the lighting and model poses, were inspired by the photographers David Sims and Craig McDean.
This project, "From The Ground Up", was inspired by first a painting at the De Young Museum, of a city scape burning down. When leaving the thought of the Industrial Revolution and how one could look at buildings from the ground up. After finalizing the concept my partner and I looked at the current trend, Industrial Revolution 2.0 and saw how it looked at current history and future history.
