I have aphantasia, meaning it's extremely hard (some might consider it impossible ig) for me to visualize. I rarely dream, and if I do it's always super fuzzy and I can't remember anything. I also can't daydream, instead I just kind of know that I'm thinking about that fantasy you know? Yet I still shifted to a place so real. That's how I know that shifting is real no matter what people say. Also fuck you if you think that it's absolutely necessary to visualize while shifting. It helps but you really don't have to.

Small tip for people who twitch a lot during shifting or those who have tourettes

Instead of thinking 'oh no i moved now i gotta start over again' or getting demotivated or giving up completely if you twitch or move, immediately think of you moving the way you did in your dr body. For example, if my hand moves i imagine that happening while I'm in my dr. Repeat this thought till it stops bothering you :)

Omg i almost shifted last night i was sleeping amd doing what i usually do, started the guided meditation and dozed off but then suddenly i heard someone call my dr nickname and i was conscious again and omg it was so real i also heard kitten meowing which is in my dr it was so amazing DON'T GIVE UP YOU'RE ONE STEP AWAY
