~FINAL DESIGN OF THE BOOK~

All in all.... I can say that this project is probably my favorite. I found it very interesting, educational...and definitely had fun with it. At the beginning I was a bit confusing about what will I have to do but with the group everything got along very well and we manage to split the work and do our best. So,I can say that the basic of our project is the first and individual task which was given to us just before we start. The task was to choose three values from several which were given. One of mine was TRUST which was the same with the one of the choices of the guys from the group so we though we could use it and play with it for the group identity. So, one of the ideas was to look for this word in different languages and Simion found that in Latin ‘trust’ is CREDO. And we all liked how it sounds and that was how we came up with the name. And that was the beginning of our work as a group. The next step we had to do was to choose - decide - how are we going to deal with the task or in other words - what would be our solution to the given problem? And so, for the developing of our concept brand we have build the idea to make tea which we will use to spread our message over the world and show our support. Having the idea of the tea I suggested that we can have different flavours with which we can play around and invent some interesting patterns which we'll relate to the flavours. Moreover, these flavours will be described in a little book which will be in the box and will have the role to guide our audience to our flavours so they can see what we offer and choose easily. Furthermore,in my free time I just did some drawings in my sketchbook and designed the cover of my RVJ in a style which the others really liked. And so my job was to do the patterns for the flavours and after that to put them all together in a book with the descriptions. I start looking at different tea brands and at their designs to se how they have pelresented their idea to make it successful. I found really interesting some of them which had hand drawn patterns which I was lookong to bring in the flavours' look. Moreover, when I was drawing I was also looking for to relate the patterns with the eastern colture which also had this kind of forms of the drawings. After I finish with the drawings I had to put them together as a book and also I had to relate the design to the app which was already done. I really enjoy that part of my work as well since I had the design already build in my head so it was clear for me what I aant to do. All in all like I said this was probably the best project for me, especially that part where I had to draw the patterns. So I'm looking forward to do more work using this style and technique .

Really enjoy to do not only the patterns but to develop my idea for the book since in my head I had build the look of it and knew what and how I wanted to do for the design of the book.

SO, the guys from the group made the logo and how the app’s going to look and my job now was to do the book with the patterns I made and it needs to be related to these two…Design & Colours

~Use Your Imagination~

Furthermore, their style is everywhere even in the architecture and the design of it. As it is shown in the pictures above the architecture style has these curves on the ceiling which are also included in the patterns on the walls together with lots of other symbols. Exactly these symbols are the interesting part and the key to represent something to the audience (a feeling,thought, etc.) with the range of shapes and colors. In this way a relation and uniqueness has been build and this is the exact thing I will try to bring to the patterns.

SOME INSPIRATION AND HOW IT’S DONE

I have always been interested in this kind of style and admire the people who do it - ink and doodle drawings. So I gave it shot and tried it and..... loved it. Although, the fist time I tried it I wasn’t that confident just because I wasn’t original, I didn’t stop there and push my self. Moreover I unlock my desire to practice it more and more and wanted to bring it someday to my work.

Now I have a new project and just bought a new sketchbook so I though “why not bring my favorite style in it” and did the cover of it since it was empty. The guys from the group really liked it and after I suggested the idea flavor->pattern I was on my way to draw our flavors.

~ANOTHER EXAMPLE WITH GREAT PATTERNS~

the thing I like in here is that the patterns are drawings which gives a look of a handmade thing in which has been put a lot of care, love and uniqueness which helps for building a relation between a seller and costumer trough a product - which I am looking for to bring in my designs
