The first panel shows Lenara’s head. It’s leaned back and she’s looking at the ceiling with her eyes closed. She’s saying “Well?”
The second panel still shows her head but it’s now turned towards the camera. She’s saying “Do you regret it?”
The third panel is a wider picture. It shows Jadzia and Lenara on a bed. Jadzia is laying on her stomach but half lifts her upper body to look at Lenara. A blanket covers her waist down. she is wearing a loose fitted long sleeved shirt. Her hair is open and disheveled. Lenara is sitting upright closer to the camera. We see her from the side. She’s wearing a tee shirt. She is looking back at Jadzia. Jadzia says “Do I look like I regret it?”
The fourth panel shows their hands intertwining. A speech bubble probably belonging to Lenara says “I mean… there will be consequences for this.”
The fifth panel is again a wider shot of them on a bed. Jadzia is sitting up now too and hugs Lenara. Her head rests against Lenara’s, on her shoulder. Lenara gingerly touches her hands to Jadzia. Jadzia says “Have you ever thought about how unfair it is?”
The sixth panel takes up nearly the entire page. There are 13 smaller panels inside it. They all show different scenes from past lives (I think). This panel’s background is done in violet. It has waves in it, like water. Two symbionts are swimming in a circle like Yin and Yang. In the middle of the circle Jadzia’s speech continues “They tell us, it’s an honor to share these past lives, to continue the grand tradition of passing experiences down… each previous host now a part of something new. Every thought and feeling, every skill, every friendship…”
The seventh panel shows Lenara and Jadzia’s upper bodies from a side view. Lenara is leaning into Jadzia to kiss her. Their lips are almost touching. Jadzia’s hands are on Lenara’s waist. Jadzia’s eyes are closed. She’s saying “but when it comes to this…”
The eigth panel shows their upper bodies again but this time from behind Jadzia. They are kissing. Lenara’s hand is on Jadzia’s shoulder.
The ninth panel has the same perspective. Lenara has now stopped kissing Jadzia and there’s some space between them. Her hand is still on Jadzia’s shoulder. She is looking down and to the side. She’s saying “It’s our duty to pass the symbiont down. That’s just the way things are.”
The tenth panel shows Lenara and Jadzia from behind Lenara’s back this time. They are in the bed. Jadzia is leaning back against some pillows and Lenara is resting her head in Jadzia’s chest. Lenara is looking off to the side, through a round window into space. Jadzia is smiling/laughing into the camera with her eyes closed. She has her hands on Lenara’s back. This panel’s speech bubble is in space. Jadzia is saying “People made those rules, Lenara”
The eleventh panel shows Jadzia’s upper body. She’s shrugging and saying “And you know how I am about rules.”
The twelfth and thirteenth panel are connected. The both show Lenara chest up. I’m the twelfth she looks straight into the camera, she’s biting her lip. In the thirteenth she’s smiling a little bit and looking down to her side. The speech bubbles for these two are connected by a line. Lenara says “I… I do.”
The fourteenth panel shows Lenara laying on her side, with her hand tucked onto her pillow. She looks a little sad? Jadzia is half sitting up behind her. Her hand is on Lenara’s hip. She’s smirking. A speech bubble that’s not connected to either of them says “So… what do you wanna do now?”
The fifteenth panel is focused in on Lenara’s upper body. Her own hand is resting on her waist, right above Jadzia’s. Jadzia seems to be laying down behind her. The blanket is pooling around her hips. Another unconnected speech bubble says “… I don’t know.” /End ID]
