One bad side to the surgery is I wasn’t able to take my Zoloft for a few days (yikes). Being on pain medication is not the same as being on antidepressants. So when I stopped taking my pain medication, as I was no longer in pain over the weekend, my mental health plummeted. My mom crushed my Zoloft for me to help me out, and I mean it IS working, but I think the coating on it is supposed to help extend the release instead of all at once? I feel different 😭 not in a bad way but I’m definitely gonna call my primary and ask for a liquid version tomorrow.

Also, crushed up Zoloft is SO BITTER AND BURNS SO BAD and hurts my tummy still anyway.

But I’m good now, emotionally vibin’ ☀️

People will be so mean to teenagers do you literally not remember what it was like to be sixteen. Every time I talk to a teenager I feel I should hold their hands and tell them I think they're one of the bravest people on the planet just for choosing to endure but I don't because I don't want to be creepy.
