is there a trick to getting shinies? I've read guides but I always feel like there's more I could be doing.

I am so so sorry it took so long to get an answer to this! I was looking through this blog's inbox again and saw the ask just now.Anyway, there are some tricks like SOS chaining and Masuda Method and getting the shiny charm, but other than that I don't think there are any other methods to increase your chances (not in gen7, at least). Just don't get discouraged, because even if the chances are increased, that doesn't necessarily mean it'll be super easy to find them. Keep that in mind and keep trying and you should get some!If I forgot any methods (which I likely did), others can add on to this

Battle Ready Living Dex Fillers Giveaway!

Sorry I haven’t done a giveaway in a while, it’s safe to say my life has been a riot for the last 2 weeks but I’ve gotten a lot sorted out and should be back to normal from today and onwards, I apologise for any inconvenience!
