for anybody and everybody.
"whoever seeks the pleasure of Allah at the risk of displeasing the people, Allah will take care of him and protect him from them. But whoever seeks the pleasure of the people at the risk of angering Allah, Allah will abandon him to the care of the people."
Tirmidhi
unless you've gotten down on your knees and begged for it on the third part of the night when it was just you and your Lord, you don't really want it.

Alhamdulillah.
the only saying on earth that has the power to make you step back and take a good look at what you gained, and not what you lost.
me on the day of judgement after someone backbites me
life hack 1) piss off enough people to the extent that they'll backbite you 2) ruthlessly snatch their deeds out of their hands on the day of judgement
Hafidh. (noun)
— literal meaning: "guardian" — generally attributed to people who have memorised the Qur'an. Abu Hurairah narrated that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: " There is no jealousy but of two men: • A man whom Allah has taught the Quran and he recites is during the hours of the night and during the hours of the day, and his neighbor listens to him and says: "I wish I had been given what has been given to so-and-so, in order that I might do what he does." • and a man whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it on what is just and right, whereupon another man may say: "I wish I had been given what so-and-so has been given, for then I would do what he does" {Sahih Bukhari} I think its so amazing that you're given a title like that, knowing that Allah said he preserved the Qur'an in their hearts, the hufadh. It's almost like Allah himself recognised your knowledge and responsibility in the dunya, even before you died. Subhan'Allah.
"and did they not, then, look to the sky above them, how we have built it and beautified it, and it has no cracks?" - Quran {50:6}
i think gravestones shouldn’t have names on them. you go to a graveyard and see all these mounds of earth and a few slabs of stone. names don’t matter, death does. the reminder of death upon seeing all of the people who have run out of time should be greater than each of their individual resting places.
