Being a Hufflepuff and dating Sirius Black would involve:
You’d meet during potions class, where you’d be paired up together- much to your reluctance at first. The whole of Hogwarts knows who Sirius is, and he’s not exactly the most studious of students and you actually want to learn.
Sirius does however respect your wishes and does try to be a good potions partner.
However, he does still mess around occasionally, and you do admittedly find him funny sometimes. Sirius notices you smiling at him, but never actually brings it up incase you make an effort not to smile and laugh at his jokes and antics.
After classes, you’d start hanging out with him even more and doing it for fun. His friends are pretty awesome- and you get along with Lily quite well.
Sitting at each other’s house tables for meal times, because you want to be near each other.
Having friendly house rivalries over who’s better when it comes to Quidditch. You’re on the Quidditch team, so you of course take the game very seriously.
Sirius going to the Quidditch matches and cheering for you- even if you are against Gryffindor. (James gets insulted by this, but tries not to show it even if he is completely obvious.)
Kisses in between classes, and on the way to classes.
Arriving to classes with hickeys and trying to hide them. Sirius doesn’t, though, because he’s rather proud of them.
Sirius’ friends accusing him of going soft when he is seen cuddling with you on the grounds of Hogwarts. He doesn’t care about the rumours, though, because he’s happy with you.
Stealing his leather jacket all the time.
Staying by his side no matter what because Hufflepuffs are loyal as hell.
