After the announcement of “JOHNNY’s World” musical starring the members of Hey! Say! JUMP, Johnny Kitagawa, the president of Johnny & Associates has announced another plan of producing and directing a movie depicting the journey of their duo, Kinki Kids.

The duo debuted in 1997 after appearing in various photoshoots and music shows as backdancers together. They were also listed in the 2002 edition of Guinness World Records for having the record of the most number of consecutive number-one singles since their debut single, making them the first musical act in Japan to be recognized by the Guinness World Records.

The movie, “YJGAF” will be starred by Arashi’s Ninomiya Kazunari and Ikuta Toma, who are known as among the most versatile actors of the agency. When asked about his role as Domoto Tsuyoshi, Ninomiya commented, “Although it’s a huge burden, playing the role of my respected senior is an honor to me. I hope I will be able to live up to people’s expectations.”

Other talents including Hikaru Genji, SMAP, Tackey & Tsubasa, and Kinki Kids themselves will be making appearances throughout the movie. The release date has yet to be announced.

Are Arashi fans called Arashian or Arashic ?

There have been few 'arguments' on it, it was said that Japanese fangirls called Arashian, whilst the other Arashic. It was not official, but my opinion, as long as we stay as we were, keep supporting them with all might, its all that matters. :)

Does Nino still have his dogs? If so what breed are they?

I believe he still does, but the dogs are his family dogs so they aren't with him. The dogs' breeds are French Bulldog and Miniature Dachshund.

why is he chosen for Letters From Iwo Jima is because he went to the audition where he hopes can meet Clint Eastwood (he mentioned this on one tv show). He auditioned for the role of Shimizu in Letters From Iwo Jima but Clint found him to be the perfect choice for Saigo.
