 The sudden weight on his back was surprising but it wasn’t anything he couldn’t hold, after getting his balance back he knew instantly who was on his back. Using Yerin’s thighs to keep her from falling he cracked a small smile, “You having fun there?” This had to be revenge for using her as an armrest not even a few hours later. This wasn’t completely a bad thing for him, he and Yerin have grown rather close these past few weeks and casually playing around like this wasn’t something new.

Jabez let out a small squeak as he bumped into the stranger on the street. He looked up at the other.

“I’m so sorry! Please excuse me, I was not paying attention to where I was going!”

“No, don’t worry about it I wasn’t looking where I was going either.” He said looking down at the other, he couldn’t help but acknowledge she was rather cute.

Potion Witch:

                        she paused, staring at the other through narrowed eyes. it seemed he held an american dollar bill. she let out a small sigh, shaking her head in annoyance as she took the bill and gave him proper change. “ have a nice day. ” she said rather bitterly. it was probably the nosy questions he asked before, but she was always bitter.

“Thanks. I’m Rhys by the way.” He felt like he was gonna come back here for potions again soon so he might as well tell her his name. He couldn’t help but feel an annoyed aura from her but he simply tried to dismiss it.

                         “ witches aren’t the only ones who can make potions. ” she said plainly. given that she wasn’t sure of the other’s species, she decided to keep her own a secret. she couldn’t trust anyone, especially after what happened to her mother all those years ago. “ what currency are you paying with ? ”

“Just regular human currency.” He replied holding up a simple dollar bill. With her previous statement it was hard to tell if she was a human or a wizard.

                         she gathered the potions from the shelf behind her, setting them on the counter as she did. “ perhaps… why do you ask ? ” she turned to the register and began inputting the items. 

“Well, the few witches I've met all have been pretty well versed in making potions.” He leaned on the counter and grabbed his wallet to pay for the potions.

“Why are you going to apprehend it? It hasn’t done anything.” There was a hint of defiance in her green eyes, as well as a flash of hesitation. Her aunt had warned her several times before not to go flaunting the existence of their organization. Anna doubted that it was half as secret as her aunt thought it was, but she was making every effort not to break anymore of the rules set out of her.

Stuffing her notebook into her bag and toying with her pen, she thought over reply. “Anna. My name is Anna. I can’t tell you who I’m with, but I can tell you that you can’t take away whatever is coming!”

“Well, if I got the right information this thing should be rather dangerous But if you insist so I’ll give you some time to deal with it .” He replied to the shorter to the female. Maybe this thing had its reasoning for the way it acted, he took his hand off the blade and simply walked closer to the female. He was still unsure why he had to be here was the creature supposed to be here.

“Ah, I understand. So are we just gonna wait here and see if it shows up?”
